Nordic Rules

The 2003 AWSA Nordic Ski Rule Book will be replaced in Oct 07 by the 2008 edition. However there will only be a few grammatical or minor changes changes other than the following:

New Seeding system for female athletes
Patrol race rules (with no SA 80)
4 x 5 km XC relay replaces the 4 x 10 km
TA teams allowed to compete for SAS Cup (but are still not funded!).

Please download and print the Relevant Sections. The Rule Book is designed for "back to back" photo-copying, so any "spare" pages must also be printed out to ensure correct pagination when photo-copying. ("Inside Front Cover" is thus the reverse i.e. page 2 of the cover!)
